Hybrid Seller Packages
A blend of electronic and in-person signing.
Hybrid seller packages may combine electronically reviewed or signed documents with a smaller set of printed documents requiring wet signatures, initials, or notarization.
The signer must complete electronic documents according to the title company, settlement company, lender, or signing platform instructions. Beacon handles the in-person portion assigned by the hiring company.
